  2. Non-Refundable Cases
    • Once the press release is successfully distributed to the specified outlets, refunds will not be provided.
    • Changes to outlet policies (e.g., content removal, noindex tags) after distribution are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds.
  3. Cancellation Policy
    • Orders can only be canceled before the distribution process begins. Once in the queue, the order is non-refundable.
  4. Resolution Commitment
    • If any issue arises with the distribution process, our team will work to resolve it promptly. If resolution is not possible, a refund will be issued.
  5. Bulk Orders and Discounts
    • For bulk orders, refunds are only applicable to the undelivered portion of the service.
